About Molly

Molly Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Webster University. With a love for operations and people, she has an extensive vocational background in administrative and humanitarian endeavors, including work in non-profit, healthcare, and crisis settings. Additionally, with a special interest in social justice and equity, Molly has spent several years advocating for LGBTQ+ persons within religious systems, along with working as a youth group leader.

As an outpouring of her heart for the most vulnerable, Molly and her spouse recently pursued a long sought after dream and became licensed foster parents.  As a result, they have been trained in educational advocacy as well as trauma-informed parenting. Outside of those vast duties of parenthood, Molly loves writing, reading, and interior decorating. She can also often be found watching true crime documentaries or sipping coffee as slow as humanly possible.

Molly functions in the role of Client Liaison for Change, Inc., meaning it’s her job to be a primary contact point for potential and current clients, and to make sure they have a smooth ride and a genuine sense of connection and care.  Behind the scenes, she helps our Sr. Client Liaison tackle the logistical, financial, and administrative tasks that undergird our therapeutic approach.

From Molly:

“Radical compassion and hospitality are life changing. I have experienced darkness that made me believe I wasn’t worthy of these things. During these times, there was nothing like the warmth of a kind voice on the other end of the phone, or the honesty of a person wishing me the best, and meaning it. These are simple, but real reminders that say, “You are worthy of my time. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of good things.” Extending this hospitality and compassion to others is my greatest honor. I believe this is always our work as humans.”

Don’t search for the answers which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.
