inna shpyta, Client liaison

Inna Shpyta graduated from Zhytomyr State University of Ukraine with a Master of Science in English as a Second Language Pedagogy.  Previously, she served for 7 years in both Faculty and Operations Management at the Cambridge Educational Center in Ukraine.  Inna was born and lived in Ukraine until summer 2022, when she moved to the USA fleeing the war in her home country.

Inna enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories, and understanding how she can be helpful to them.  In fact, both now and historically, helping people succeed is a part of her career, personality, and ambition.  Inna functions in the role of Client Liaison for Change, Inc., meaning she serves as the primary contact point for new and incoming clients, as well as established and returning clients.  She provides not only warm and empathic client reception and care, but also to screening and placement assistance to make sure our clients are matched with the correct skilled therapist.  Equally importantly, Inna’s role entails providing administrative, scheduling, and billing support throughout the duration of treatment.

In her free time Inna spends time with her two boys who immigrated together with her. She has a real love for traveling and has visited around 15 countries. Reading books and running have always been a part of her life.
