LMSW
Zo Talkin is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the States of Missouri and Illinois who holds a Master of Social Work degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. They specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and couples with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma and post traumatic stress (PTSD), substance use, attachment, relationship distress, life transitions, and body image. As a queer clinician, Zo brings an open and affirming approach to LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. Zo is particularly drawn to supporting clients who feel caught up in painful emotions, thought loops, or behavioral patterns that no longer serve them.
Zo’s natural warmth and empathetic presence is disarming and immensely supportive. Zo invites clients to examine the limiting beliefs that keep them feeling stuck, opening the door to new ways of being that better match their true needs and desires. Clients report feeling deeply understood and compassionately challenged, leading to insight and empowerment toward healing, liberation, and growth.

From Zo:
“I know how hard it can be to show up for yourself when it feels like everything is on fire and life keeps demanding more from you. I’m here to help you think critically about the world and your place within it, and I’ll have your back when things get messy. My hope is to help you look inward so you can live in better alignment with your values and purpose. Together, we’ll build the self-acceptance, resilience, and skills to navigate whatever life hands you.”
