Client liaison team

The Change, Inc. Difference.

Everything is automated these days.

We’re losing our people jobs and our people skills.

Most people admit they are clamoring for connection more than ever, but don’t know how to form trust, and often, don’t know where to start at all in forming healthily vulnerable and interdependent relationships.

Sadly, these trends may extend all the way into the helping professions — in spite of the fact that so many counselors are interested in helping you grow, they don’t answer their phones when you call to sign up, and weeks may go by before they respond to email inquiries, if they ever respond at all.

We do better.  Here’s what to expect.

  • Interested, engaging people answering the phones as much as is humanly possible.
  • Personal, human connection in scheduling (no robots or software).
  • Curiosity about what’s been troubling with you and a desire to know enough details to place you with the right fit.
  • If we don’t answer the phone because we’re talking with someone else, we’ll give you a return phone call. PROMPTLY.
    • Phone calls received on before 3pm CT Monday through Friday will be returned the same business day, and the next business day if you called after 3pm CT or on the weekend
    • Emails are always returned by no later than the next business day.

In her free time, Tamaria enjoys traveling and immersing herself into new cultures, especially new food!

From Tamaria:

“Perhaps the single-most-worthwhile effort we can undertake in life is to understand one another.  When we do, beautiful possibilities for connection and relationship unfold.  Those possibilities are undoubtedly what excite me most about Change, Inc. I am so excited to work with you!”

The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you.

Christian,  client liaison

Christian Golliday holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature/Writing from McKendree University.  After graduating, he moved across the river to Saint Louis in order to experience city-living and all of the wonderful things St. Louis has to offer.  Prior to coming on-board at Change, Inc., Christian has worked in customer service, administration, and education, and possesses a strong skillset in spoken and written communication.  Clients will find exchanges with him calming and refreshing. He has an interest for

Christian functions in the role of Client Liaison, serving the the single-most important non-clinical function at Change, Inc. as the primary contact point for new and incoming clients, as well as established and returning clients.  Client Liaisons provide warm and empathic client reception and care, but also detailed and thorough screening, therapist-matching, and triage with our Clinical Direction team, as well as tackling client-related administrative, scheduling, and billing matters.

In his free time, Christian has a genuine interest in music, games, and popular culture!

From Christian:

“I have come to believe we must must create what we love. I don’t say that as truism just for for artists and creatives, but as a way of living for all of us.  I cannot express how beautiful it is to see others enjoying the worlds they create.  If a person can find even one way to create their own little love within their own little life, it is the most stunning and sublime experience to witness.

“Curiosity can bring guts out of hiding at times, maybe even get them going. But curiosity usually evaporates. Gust have to go for the long haul. Curiosity’s like a fun friend you can’t really trust. It turns you on and then it leaves you to make it on your own – with whatever guts you can muster.

From Nicole:

It is never too late to begin deep and meaningful work reimagining how traumas or other experiences can become integrated, meaningful parts of our lives and ourselves, rather than barriers or obstacles. The key to this important work is the recognition that your story and each element of your story has significant meaning.  No detail is ultimately insignificant, if we can but muster the courage, patience, and presence required.  I will help you!  I am so eager to understand and explore with you, and help create a safe space that ultimately facilitates not just growth and transition, but true healing and transformation.”

“There are two extremes to avoid: being completely absorbed in your pain and being distracted by so many things that you stay far away from the wound you want to heal.”
