The Change, Inc. Difference.

Everything is automated these days.

We’re losing our people jobs and our people skills.

Most people admit they are clamoring for connection more than ever, but don’t know how to form trust, and often, don’t know where to start at all in forming healthily vulnerable and interdependent relationships.

Sadly, these trends may extend all the way into the helping professions — in spite of the fact that so many counselors are interested in helping you grow, they don’t answer their phones when you call to sign up, and weeks may go by before they respond to email inquiries, if they ever respond at all.

We do better.  Here’s what to expect.

  • Interested, engaging people answering the phones as much as is humanly possible.
  • Personal, human connection in scheduling (no robots or software).
  • Curiosity about what’s been troubling with you and a desire to know enough details to place you with the right fit.
  • If we don’t answer the phone because we’re talking with someone else, we’ll give you a return phone call. PROMPTLY.
    • Phone calls received on before 3pm CT Monday through Friday will be returned the same business day, and the next business day if you called after 3pm CT or on the weekend
    • Emails are always returned by no later than the next business day.

Tamaria functions in the role of Sr. Client Liaison for Change, Inc.  She oversees our client on-boarding process and also ensures the smooth flowing of logistical, financial, and administrative tasks that undergird our therapeutic approach.  You can contact Tamaria directly with questions about these matters at contact@changeincorporated.org.

In her free time, Tamaria enjoys traveling and immersing herself into new cultures — especially new food!

From Tamaria:

“Perhaps the single-most-worthwhile effort we can undertake in life is to understand one another.  When we do, beautiful possibilities for connection and relationship unfold.  Those possibilities are undoubtedly what excite me most about Change, Inc. I am so excited to work with you!”

The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you.

INNA SHPYTA, CLIENT LIAISON

Inna Shpyta graduated from Zhytomyr State University of Ukraine with a Master of Science in English as a Second Language Pedagogy.  Previously, she served for 7 years in both Faculty and Operations Management at the Cambridge Educational Center in Ukraine.  Inna was born and lived in Ukraine until summer 2022, when she moved to the USA fleeing the war in her home country.

Inna enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories, and understanding how she can be helpful to them.  In fact, both now and historically, helping people succeed is a part of her career, personality, and ambition.  Inna functions in the role of Client Liaison for Change, Inc., meaning she serves as the primary contact point for new and incoming clients, as well as established and returning clients.  She provides not only warm and empathic client reception and care, but also to screening and placement assistance to make sure our clients are matched with the correct skilled therapist.  Equally importantly, Inna’s role entails providing administrative, scheduling, and billing support throughout the duration of treatment.

In her free time Inna spends time with her two boys who immigrated together with her. She has a real love for traveling and has visited around 15 countries. Reading books and running have always been a part of her life.

From Inna:

“Life is unpredictable and we all face difficulties and challenges.  While some of these are manageable, others are more impactful and long-lasting, while others are more manageable.  You don’t have to cope on our own — it’s ok to ask for help and support!  I’d love to help you on your way to regaining your strength, and I look forward to speaking with you.

“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
