TRE DAVIS,
MeD, PLPC
Tre Davis earned his Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Missouri–St. Louis. He also earned a graduate certificate in Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling from UMSL. Tre’s background as an athlete, coach, artist, and counselor has shaped his passion for supporting adolescents, young adults, athletes, creatives, and multicultural clients as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth. He enjoys creating art, traveling and cruising, coaching and watching sports, and exploring ways to connect wellness, creativity, and performance.
Tre utilizes a warm, collaborative, and inviting therapeutic approach rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care. He is grounded, authentic, and present in sessions. Tre is passionate about helping clients work through trauma and post traumatic stress (PTSD), anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development (including LGBTQ+), and performance-related stressors and more. He strives to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, empowered, and challenged toward growth.
From Tre:
“Therapy should be a place where you can exhale a little — where you do not have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out before you walk in. My hope is to create a relationship where you feel comfortable being fully yourself while also being supported, encouraged, and challenged as you grow into the person you want to become. I work with clients to build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, process painful experiences, and reconnect with their own sense of purpose, confidence, and possibility. Whatever you’re going through, you do not have to sort through it alone. Through collaboration, we’ll move at a pace that respects your story, your strengths, and your goals. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and care as you work toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.”
